Salon Execution coaching experience starts with a free coaching session. In this session, you and your coach will look together at your business through the lens of the Salon Execution Perspective. During this call, your coach will work with you to clearly determine your goals and your challenges and what is keeping your salon from growing to the next level.

Developing a customized Action Plan

During you’re second session, your coach will give you the tools to help you break down your big goals into smaller achievable goals that will immediately make the biggest impact in your salon. Your coach will work with you to help you prioritize and solve the root causes of your most pressing frustrations

Take Deliberate Daily Action

Your coach will compare schedules with you to find the best time for your reoccurring weekly coaching call. During these sessions, your coach will review your customized action plan and review your successes from the prior week and then plan for the following week.

Have Someone Hold You Accountable
