Your results are directly related to how you execute. Everybody can come up with a great idea or plan, but it is how we execute the idea or plan that sets us apart. Behind all our behaviors is a mindset. Your mindset must be of a leader and a CEO.
But what does this look like?
WHY DID YOU GO INTO BUSINESS?
Most of you became a Business Owners NOT because we were great entrepreneurs, but because you were great stylist with a large cliental and wanted to make more money. You were STYLIST, and stylist think and work like employees, not entrepreneurs. To grow as an entrepreneur, we must shift our mindset from that of an employee or worker to that of a CEO. This is crucial!
Many Salon owners are former stylist now masquerading as entrepreneurs.
To become a Strategic Business Owner, you MUST shift your mindset. You must put those scissors down and begin to think and act more like a CEO instead of a stylist.
But how do you get from behind the chair?
